“When getting out of airport signs for bus not clear but when bus stop was found the driver was very friendly and loaded the cases for us, he gave information clearly on stops to find your car, he was very jolly and made us all laugh which after coming back off holiday you feel abit down so this made a real difference to us. Unfortunately I didn't get drivers name but the bus we got was around 3pm on 16/05/26, the driver was black and we would like you to pass on our thanks to him if possible.”

“So close to the airport - I'd make that clearer. Directions poor. Rather than a screen shot of the location, make it a drop pin so you can follow it easily! We didn't have What3Words but had to download it in a rush as we struggled to find the car park. Service excellent.”
