The directions given in the confirmation e mail, were extremely vague and ineffective. No point contacting APH as I wouldn't of been able to describe where I was.
I couldn't use my space as we ran out of time following the directions.
Had to find a space at the airport which cost £538...not budgeted for!”

We appreciate how frustrating this situation must have been, particularly given the additional expense you then incurred parking at the airport directly.
We would however like to clarify that within the booking confirmation we do advise customers not to rely solely on the postcode for navigation, as this can occasionally direct customers incorrectly in the Birmingham Airport area. We also provide detailed written directions alongside the What3Words location reference to help customers locate the car park more accurately.
The APH Express / Airparks Express car park is located within the NEC West Car Park area and the provided directions are designed to guide customers using the surrounding road signage rather than postcode navigation alone.

“Never used this service before but decided to use it on this occasion rather than an UBER ride. It compared very favourably on price and whilst clearly "park and ride" is maybe not as convenient as an UBER directly to the airport, the on site airport location, with a very short transfer, didn't really put too much extra strain on the journey. Would definitely use this service again.”
