“Once parked up the bus was literally next to where we parked. Straight forward from carpark to airport via bus. That's the easiest part! finding the carpark was a slightly bit more difficult as the address we were given wasn't the best and we were told not to use the postcode for the carpark.”

“On arrival on site the attendant somehow managed to close the barrier on our car roof, with it being dark we weren’t able to check for damage. On checking for damage later we found several dents we hadn’t initially seen. The guy on the gate didn’t even apologise. Been using APH for years but since joining with Airpark's we feel quality has dropped.”

“Car park easy to find and only a few minutes away from Birmingham Airport. Buses were prompt. A few minutes wait to get there and straight on when we got back. Secure parking. Had no issues. Some of the car park was tarmac and some was gravel this made it difficult to pull the cases over. I would use again but would get dropped off on the tarmac with the cases while driver parks the car.”
