“Booked in at Birmingham AIRPORT AND RECEIVED DIRECTIONS WHICH I HAD ON MY PHONE. I could not find aph parking despite driving in circles by the airport. In danger of missing my flight. I had to use a ncp car park which on return rinsed my bank account.
Aph need signage near the airport.
Won't be using them again.”

“Ii was my first time parking in the car park. I was a bit confused with the blue signs I drove passed the entrance 3 times looking for the orange APH. The staff were very helpful in the kiosk and the bus driver on the way back helped put my case on the bus and took me almost straight to my car.”
“APH themselves friendly and helpful.Very easy to park etc but came back to a large,deep scratch on the side of the car which is costing me £285 to repair - it is obvious another customer had cut through the cars with a suitcase or keys - so wish we'd spent a little extra with another company for Meet and Greet as they would take responsility. As you keep the keys, you assume responsibility.”
