“Very efficient service. Car park very close to airport, is tarmac surface and not gravel. Buses are regular and take less than 5 minutes to airport. Will definitlely use again.”
“The staff were very helpful, and the parking and bus was efficient, but we had booked parking for 4 days and when we returned a few hours after we parked, because of a problem with a passport and not being able to board our flight, APH would not even consider a partial refund”
“Ive used you for years, but this year due to park car on the 5th March, due to Middle East war, cancelled flight and tried to cancel parking on the 4th. Told I didn't qualify for a refund as I hadn't given you enough time. You did send me a letter for my insurance company, who may or may not reimburse the amount.

“Having parked in Birmingham, on return, I had an incident where i unexpectedly had to fly back to East Midlands Airport. I then had to taxi back to the Vehicle at Birmingham . It also meant I’d overstayed by about 2.5 hours . The man on the barrier ( running the car park that night ) was absolutely spot on letting us in and out and just generally being helpful. Just want to say thanks again to him . It was about 0120 on April 1.

“it was very hard to find , fog didnt help, and get out of as it was dark, the ground were we parked was terrible , really bad to wheel cases , so pebbly and uneven, thought the wheels were going to fall off, convenient and the driver on bus going was very helpful with getting cases on and buggies , not so much coming back”
