“First time at Express. We usually go to Mackadown Lane. Pleasantly surprised. Two roundabouts off the A45 and your there. The man on the gate was pleasant and polite. The lady driving the shuttle bus was lovely and brightened up an early morning start. Return was faultless. 8 minutes outside the terminal and were heading back to our car.”

“My experience on the whole as a repeat customer is very good my only annoyance was the gate attendant on my exit, I had mislaid my blue ticket but had my booking confirmation, knew which car park I was in, collected my car. At the barrier the gentleman was quite officious, going into a long (too long) spiel about there being three carparks, the need to retain your ticket and the importance of secure ️ giving an example of an angry girlfriend who set out to steal her boyfriends car.............
I had been delayed, it was late, it was the 1st anniversary of my husband's funeral, I have health issues, my cousin had died whilst I was away, another relative had died that evening, it was cold and dark......
Whilst I realise that the car park attendant has a job to do, he was not helpful or empathetic, he lacked customer service skills, I felt like I was being scolded by a teacher, he was too fond of his own voice completely in contrast to every member of APH staff that I have met or spoken with over the last 15 years., who have been more than helpful.
His patronising attitude would be enough to make me rethink about where to park for my next trip.”
