“First- was system error and the car wasn't no on the list.There was a long wait for the airport transfer.Short for blue ticket,we had a white. Our car was parked very far away,so we had to search for it. Fortunatelly the staff was very friendly.”

“We are regular users of APH Mackadown lane. It must be OK, or we wouldnt go back. A new change that caught us out is that you don't go in the office for your key and get in your car that is outside waiting for you. Its in a rack of digital boxes with as row number label, and you wander off into the car park to find your car. The bus driver kindly got off his bus to help us use this new system. He then chased after us because we're daft and had left a small bag on the bus seat. Bless him.”

Only criticism was when I collected the car from parking bay on my return journey at 11.30 pm there was not enough space between my car and the car next to me to facilitate entering my vehicle.
The car to my right was parked far too close to my vehicle. After attempting, my wife being petite and slim had to reverse my car out.”
