“Very easy to use service,pulled into the carpark and was shown to where i needed to park,a chap came over,printed my ticket,unloaded my car and gave them the key,got back,scanned the ticket which told me what row my car was on,got my key and left the carpark.”

“It's a difficult place to find. Don't know how I'd have found it without SatNav ! The old APH site, which I used many times, was so much easier to get to being very close to the A42. Also I was confused by the retrieval of my keys upon return as there was no indication that the bar code had been successful as i was expecting a beep when it was accepted. Consequently I kept on trying to scan it until someone pointed out that it had actually accepted it. Other than that the system was very efficient.”

One small improvement opportunity identified. I am a blue badge card holder and requested that my vehicle be parked as near as possible to the key collection point. Unfortunately this message did not appear to be passed on as my vehicle was parked in almost the further bay from the key collection point.”
