“I asked if my car could be left in gear and keep the handbrake off and a note was put on the keys to relay this to whoever parked my car. It was not complied with. It spoilt an otherwise good service from express.”
“The collecting system on return to Birmingham was superb with the barcode and key locker very impressive .My car was parked very close to the bus stop and key collection too .not sure if the blue badge influenced that decision but it was very helpful”

APH staff were helpful at drop-off and collection, although the process is very slick and simple.
Parking is around 15 mins from the airport, so it's important to remember to factor in travel and bus waiting times.
Would definitely use again.”
“Once again the easy of use and service from APH Drop & Go Birmingham was outstanding. The only issue was caused by people on returning to the airport not realising the colour of ticket required (its white for Mackadown Lane) getting on the 1st bus that arrived, despite it saying blue tickets on the front of the bus. The drivers and staff on site were very helpful as always. Will be using again as already booked twice more for next year.”
