“On arrival at the APH drop and go facility at Birmingham, we were met by very friendly staff. They explained the whole procedure very well. The transfer bus arrived promptly and again a very friendly and welcoming member of staff. The whole site was kept to a high standard and we would definitely recommend APH Birmingham. Thank you.”
“Everything was great...until we got all the way back. We opened our box, and received our key....great! Then , on a tag it said car at C45. We walked to the end of the Cs, and there was no C45!!!!
Luckily, we spied our car in A25. If it had been dark I think us 2 old ladies may still be roaming about.
The numbers need repainting as well.
Shame, cos up to then the service was great, and I would use it again.”
