“We used APH for the first time and I was so impressed by the service. We arrived bright and early on a Saturday and the member of staff was polite, professional and helpful. He explained the process and we were on our way using the shuttle bus to the airport.
Return was also straightforward, key pickup quick and easy and facilities were clean and tidy. Would definitely use this service again and highly recommend!”
“Friendly staff and didn’t have to wait more than about 25 minutes for both transfers.The only reason I’ve not given 5* is because when I got back in the car it only just started and I saw that the headlights had not been turned off from when the car must have been parked in lane A that morning by the staff (meaning the side lights were on all day probably).My car is an older model, very reliable but doesn’t have auto lights.If we’d been much longer we’d have been having to get a boost start from you but that’s my only gripe with the service”
