“We were running to get the return bus and we were literally 30 seconds away with only hand luggage, and the driver would not stop so we had to wait another 15 minutes for the next one.
This is the first time I have used APH since they have relocated to the Airparks site and unfortunately, I think it will be the last time.”
“Very organised with courteous staff, excellent pick up locker system.
Very helpful bus driver on duty Sunday 22nd January in the evening when we returned, showing people who weren’t to sure how the lockers worked.”
“Return part of booking was poor. Long wait for the shuttle bus in the freezing cold. Bus packed to the max.
On return to the car park, new system in place, scan barcode from ticket to open a box which holds keys and location of parked car. Was shown a message, keys not ready, report to reception. Reception was not manned, as there were several others in the same boat as us. Told to go to waiting room. Keys were brought out one at a time after a good 15 minute wait, we were the 5th in line, so the wait was unacceptable. No explanation as to why after a week on holiday our keys weren’t ready for collection? Have used APH many times, but may have to consider alternative locations next time”
“Chaotic situation at 7 am when trying to check in. Not enough room for number of cars and not enough Staff on duty. Long wait at Airport for return coach in cold, wet weather .
I have used the APH facilities on more than a dozen occassions BUT WILL NEVER USE THE APH PARKING AT BIRMINGHAM AGAIN !!!”
“Excellent service, particularly from an individual called John - a very courteous, very helpful and ver cheerful soul - an absolute credit to your company ! We actually saw him, on a previous occasion, supervising what appeared to be a new driver and his approach and attitude to him was exemplary. Nothing but praise for the chap !”
