We're sorry to hear that Moira is having problems with the favourites feature of the Flipper. We believe we know what's caused the issue and have emailed offering an explanation and help to resolve this by email or telephone if required. We're confident we will get the favourites working as required and will update this review once this has been resolved.

We've provided Moira with advice on how to program the favourites, including troubleshooting and some solutions to the most commonly occurring issues with favourites. We haven't yet heard back whether this has successfully helped to program the Flipper but we're confident we'll be able to get them working. We'd just like to remind our customers that we do offer complete technical and set-up support with the Flipper from our own UK based experts via phone or email, this only applies to Flippers bought at AlzProducts.co.uk

This was a real disappointment as it was purchased for 86 year old to help her view ti.v. Useless and will requesting refund on return.”

We are very sorry to hear that our customer has had these difficulties with the flipper. We do offer technical support by email or telephone for our products and it's very rare that we're unable to get the Flipper working for a customer after troubleshooting the device together. However in cases where we cannot troubleshoot the product then we do offer a 30 day hassle free returns policy for all of our products that this customer is welcome to initiate by contacting our customer service team.

“Very easy to set up. Took about 10 minutes to set code and list of favourite channels. Great for people with reduced finger dexterity who struggle with standard remote controls. Also great for people with cognitive difficulties who struggle with numbers and number sequences. You simply set your favourites list and then scroll through till your tv displays the channel you want.”
