“The service was excellent, helpful and they went out of their way to find me suitable meeting space at short notice. The room itself was comfortable clean and tidy with excellent facilities and good wifi. I will be more than happy to recommend and use again”

“Information on rooms is accurate - the photos good to see the options and then help determine what you will really get to make that work for exactly what your meeting needs. Communications are quick and helpful. Liaison with front line receptions and technical support work well. High quality and great locations do come at a price though. If the meeting is important - this will be my place to come.”

“I had a to find an alternative venue for my management meeting. Having trawled the internet I eventually found zipcube. I was a little bit suspicious because the venue I found was so cheap...I signed up anyway and was pleasantly surprised. The manager of the venue even moved my meeting to a bigger room. The venue was really easy to find, clean and set up for my requirments. I will definitely use zipcube again. AKD Solutions Ltd”

“Smooth booking process, meeting room was as described and as shown in the pictures. External wall mounted screen with hdmi cable was a massive bonus for our team meeting. Place is clean and comfortable and a nice 5 min walk from 2 tube stations. Zipcube site was under maintenance before the meeting and I had to call them to ask questions. The operator was very polite and had all the info I needed. Great customer service overall and very competitive rates. Will use again.”

“Looking for office space for a meeting? Offices of all sizes and cost. I wanted a small office for 1 hour for 2 people having met in Cafe's before (unsuccessfully). Found what I needed from the website at a very reasonable price. Easy to book and the venue very acceptable including coffee/tea. Considerably more achieved at the meeting. Will definitely use again.”

“I used Zip Cube to book a hot-desk where I could work for a few hours whilst I was in London - made the booking at the very last minute the night before I needed it, and got sorted out with a co-working space, at very reasonable price - all booked and confirmed within 5 minutes. Great site - will use again.”

“I used Zipcube to book a room for a training course. The whole process was really easy and seamless. The Zipcube website was very easy to navigate and the information about the rooms available was very helpful when making a choice. Just before my event there was a bit of a glitch in the numbers attending and the staff at Zipcube were able to help me find something smaller at the same venue at a lower price - and my refund of the difference in cost was made immediately. I will definitely be using Zipcube again.”

“I came across this service whilst looking for a small off-site meeting room and it will certainly be by 'go to' site moving forwards! I have used the site twice now and both times the room has been as described and the service from the team very professional. I would definitely recommend this service to any other busy PA's out there who don't have the time to search, a great service!”

“Convenient source of meeting rooms, with a varied choice and a good value for money in prime locations in London... I had meeting toomms in unexpected places but in prime locations in London. With Zipcube, no need to conduct a lengthy search and call many places. All is under the same roof, booking and payment are easy and they even send you a mail with the exact location details for your invitees. Just wishing that they cover many more areas outside of London.”

“Zipcube provided me with an excellent, friendly and very helpful service. I had some troubles with my budget being cut unexpectedly and had to find a room that still met my requirements but with a smaller budget. Zipcube went above and beyond my expectations and I received one-to-one help in finding alternative options and they were able to ask venues for answers to my questions in a efficient manner. I will be using Zipcube again1”
