The name on the front cover was ruined as quality check was not done and a letter had changed in to a symbol, the name was also wrong in other areas of the book

I was looking at a different Apron when I completed the order form, so dont know how I managed to get sent the wrong one.

The products I ordered were evidently not available in the US. I received an email informing me of this afyer two weeks ofplaci.g the order.

Hi Allanah, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review for us. I am sorry to hear about your experience. I have had a look into this for you and can see you placed your order through our UK site and unfortunately the items you have purchased are not available in the US, and as such we were unable to ship the items to the address on the order. We did reach to you 3 days after the order was placed, to inform you of the issue and a full refund was processed straight away after you had told us you do not have an address in the UK. Loved My dogs collar unfortunately he has been wearing his collar since 30/03/2021 and already it has splits which have frayed.

The bandana i got was way too big would have fit round a elephants neck and was very cheaply made not worth the money can get way better and cheaper off Amazon

We do provide a size guide and the measurements for our bandanas within the product descriptions, and I do apologise if these were missed when ordering. If the bandana is too long on your pooch, you can roll the top down to give a smaller fit whilst ensuring your pup is still comfortable! Ordered a card with a dog that looked like our dog, chose the colour correctly (and double checked this) and checked out. Not only did it arrive weeks after the date I needed it for, it was the wrong dog. A complete waste of time and money. I thought I'd take a risk with a business I wasn't familiar wish but won't be doing that for a while.

I ordered an apron from yappy.com and when I received it, I was disappointed with the fit. It didn't fit at all like the model they have on the site. The site's version was clearly on a woman and laid flat on her upper chest. Mine had a big pucker in the front no matter how much I put my shoulders back. It was made for a broad chested man so either they pinned it up in all the right places or it's a different product. When I inquired about the product the yappy team told me I should have measured better, thanked me for my email, and told me she'd pass my feedback along. I'm usually very forgiving when it comes to online ordering but the entire yappy experience was unpleasant. It's too bad - they have some cute products but who knows if you'll actually receive what you see on the website. And if you are unsatisfied - sorry bout ya.

Very disappointed as my order was cancelled after it had been ordered for a week unable to get with another supplier in time for Xmas. Wont use yappy again

Material felt very cheap. My dog kept trying to take the bandana off due to the label on the inside. Swiftly binned.
