“Good communication, speedy delivery, good packing for the 2 bath mats I bought from their web site. I had previously bought a bath mat few years ago from XS via eBay where they still sell a wide range of stuff. I bought direct this time as I got better value. Happy customer.”

“Item was perfect but let down wirh the delivery. When I checked on the DPD tracking site it said that they had not received the item. I got in touch with Xs-Stock and they told me that it had been sent to the wrong depot. I paid extra for next day delivery but it didn't happen. Got the item a day later. It was a birthday present for my wife, that was why I paid for next day delivery.”
