“The support and customer services are quick to contact you back and helpful sorting out any issues. I have been testing the product for a few weeks and just ported my number to Xinix. The portal is a little too complicated to manage on your own and most likely will need their help but as said, they are quick to reply and help. So far, so good.”

“Fantastic customer service, I was updated at every stage of my transition from current provider to Xinix service. Even if the update was not positive I was informed. The not so positive update was regarding a late delivery of an ATA, this was no big deal as I had service via mobile App and desktop PC. I have worked in customer service for a global telecoms provider in the past and this is exactly how I would have expected my team to perform. Well done Xinix.”

“This stuff works. It’s simple. It’s excellent value for money. I love the way we have a normal handset (me mum appreciates this part) and the rest of us access this system via our mobiles using the app (essential as our mobile signal comes and goes in these parts). Thee guys really seem to care about customer service- I benefited from the follow-up call - well done team Xinix!”
