“The ordering process was easy, the number porting happened on plan and the service runs very well. For a UK user, moving from fixed landline to a modern Internet based phone system couldn’t have been easier. To round it off the tech support was excellent to get configuration finished. All round a highly recommended company and product.”

“All dealings with Xinix have been very good, any queries are answered promptly and courteously, whether that was by telephone, email or live chat. The actual porting of my landline number went without a hitch and was completed on time. Uzair rang before the switch to ensure that the ATA box had arrived in time, and after to ensure that all was working OK. Very good customer service.”

“I found that people weren't leaving voicemail messages when our phones weren't answered. So I contacted support via email and within an hour Hoosain called and tested the service. He found that our voicemail message service wasn't switched on. Hoosain kindly set this up and from my email answering message he set up an out-of-office voicemail asking people to leave a message. Hoosain was so helpful and made it really simple for me. Thank you for the excellent service.”
