“The Service I have received from the entire tean following my change to Xinix has been fantastic. We had a small issue over the hardware I needed but this was all sorted before the actual transfer took place. I set the hardware up and I had a small issue with getting it to work and this was brilliantly sorted by Uzair including phoning back after it was all resolved just to make sure all was well. Thank you again to the entire team and I will be recommending you to all my friends and collegues.”

“Excellent customer service. I did a free trial first, before porting my number and am glad I did. There were a few hiccoughs, I think largely due to an old FTTP box, which BT have still to update, but the team were all really helpful and Uzair sorted out the technical issues I had connecting my handset and getting everything working, and helped me getting my webphone working. Thank you. I am just waiting now for my number to port, and will be recommending this service as long as all goes well then”

“Had intermittent problem with making call. Received prompt reply from Xinix to my request for help. Uzair made a suggestion to get me going again. The problem turned out to be a poor connection at my end not Xinix. All Ok now”
