“Amazing service, efficient, friendly staff, Alex was so professional, and seems to be able to remember every small detail of every conversation we’ve had, and although the product was quite expensive it is proving to worth every penny, the after service is also good. Would recommend to any one.”

“Came across Worcester Hearing Centre whilst visiting Worcester. I had blocked ears and walked in on the off chance that they may be able to do something about it. My hearing aids were cleaned and my ears were inspected. Needed an ear wax removal which was arranged in an hour due to a cancelled appointment. Service and procedure were excellent. As my existing aids were due for replacement I arranged a further appointment. I have to say that the whole procedure was seamless and the new hearing aids were ready in two days, which was beneficial for me as I live in Devon. First-class service and the 5-year maintenance plan is class-leading in my humble opinion. So glad I used this practice.”

“I cannot recommend Stratford hearing centre more highly. I have never had such detailed tests which were fully explained as Alex completed each one. The hearing aids are easy to put in and I do not know I’m wearing them. It is fabulous to be able to hear all the sounds of nature I’ve been missing. Thank you”

“First visit and it was an excellent experience with welcoming staff and a spotlessly clean tidy environment. The care taken to remove my stubborn wax was first class with no discomfort whatsoever and a full explanation of the procedure given by the audiologist. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Worcester Centre.”

“After being diagnosed with Otosclerosis fifteen years ago I used NHS hearing aids until I was recommended Stratford Hearing Centre by my brother a few months ago. The NHS had told me that with my level of hearing loss they couldn’t provide me with higher tech hearing aids which were Bluetooth compatible, so I wasn’t very hopeful when I visited Tom and the team for my first appointment. However, I have been blown away by their service, kindness and willingness to help me, and I’m now the very proud owner of the most up to date hearing technology available. For the first time since losing my hearing I can listen to music, audiobooks and my TV very comfortably, directly streamed to my hearing aids. I’m much more comfortable in noisy settings and my tinnitus has lessened considerably. My quality of life has improved far beyond my expectations and I genuinely can’t recommend or thank this wonderful team enough.”

“All the team at Stratford provide a very professional service. Alex has given so much time and support in helping to address my hearing loss. He has, at all times, been extremely professional, patient and honest. He encouraged me to try different hearing aids and gave me plenty of time in which to do so. “I've been attending the Worcester branch for a few years now and have been absolutely delighted with the service and quality of product. My hearing has been transformed and the aids are so comfortable it's easy to forget I'm wearing them. The follow up is brilliant both I terms of regular check ups and any problems that might occur. Visits are a pleasure and Tom Dixon and the staff are brilliant. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.”
