“Brilliant company. Great payment options and excellent customer service. I ordered a chair I hadn't had the opportunity of trying myself. Delivery was quick, within a few days, and Phil, who delivered my chair, spent some time with me showing me how to use the adjustments to ensure correct posture. All packaging was taken away and Phil offered to carry the chair upstairs for me too! After trying the chair, I decided on a different product with foam pad instead of a mesh seat. I emailed customer service to exchange. Gemma responded same-day to confirm collection of first chair and delivery of new chair within just a few days again. She also explained as the new chair was priced a few pounds more (under £5 difference), they had price-matched for me, which made everything even more straight-forward, and was a nice little gesture. There was a minor mix-up with the new chair delivered being the incorrect colour, but to my pleasant surprise this was resolved very quickly and the correct chair was delivered just a few hours later on the same day so it was no inconvenience to me at all. In summary, excellent customer service and I'm super happy with my lovely new WFH office chair - it's the most comfortable and adjustable office chair I've ever had the pleasure to sit on... and it's very aesthetically pleasing! I will be recommending Wellworking to anyone looking for a new office chair.”

“Good price, given delivery date only 2 days after order, excellent delivery service using their own van. The very helpful driver not only carried the chair upstairs but also took my old chair downstairs and into the garage. Very pleased with the chair.”

“Got my table, chair and lamp delivered today, it was way faster than I expected! Ahmad, who delivered, was super helpful. I only chose for drop off while ordering my stuff, but he assembled the base of the desk for me (which would have pretty hard for me) and explained clearly what I need to do to assemble the top myself. Really appreciate it, a wonderful experience :)”

“The delivery was very quick and friendly and thank you to the delivery guy (apologies, forgot his name) for the initial explanations how to use the chair/ how to sit on it properly. Very insightful. He mentioned that Wellworking offers virtual help to ensure correct usage but I have not used this. Very happy to recommend this company and would use them again. The chair feels very good, so that may take quite a while.”
