Excellent product and great service, despite some confusion on the website with the description of the chair being the same as another, as the chair colour that was delivered (48hrs after order was placed) was not the one that I ordered. However within another 48 hours this was collected and replaced with the correct chair, all of which was communicated well and very timely. Would have been 5 stars if chair would have been correct on first delivery. I would use this company again despite the slight set-back.

Near perfect service. Lost one star as the chair was delivered later than the communicated timeslot. That would not stop me from using them again, however. Would recommend this company to others

Excellent website and really easy to place the order. The delivery was excellent and the driver was super careful and really polite. My only gripe was with the sales staff - when I called them, I spoke to lady who made me feel like I was inconveniencing her when double checking my order. On a call nearer delivery time, I had the same experience and my delivery instructions were not relayed to the delivery person. Overall, my experience was good but not sure if I would use this site again based on my interactions with the staff.

Nice Company to deal with. Efficient. Wished they could’ve reduce the 8 week delivery wait for my new office chair and also help me set the chair up when it was delivered. However, I guess the delay is down to the manufacturer and higher demand for chairs at home, plus the lack of ability to help you set it up properly is all down to COVID. The booklet alone is not super clear. Some sort of phone call the day after delivery would increase my rating to 5 stars. It was a very expensive chair!

Happy with the purchase. Just pay attention when you order a product that the expected delivery day will be different than the one in the checkout. They will call and arrange a day and approximate time for delivery. The chair I ordered was already assembled. Delivered to the room/place you need it. Nice people.

Philip, who delivered the chairs, was very patient and thorough in explaining how we should get the best from them. Pricing was keen which was beneficial given that these are expensive chairs. My only reservation so as not to give 5 stars was that one chair could not be found even though indicated as in stock and I had to chase to get a date for its future delivery - it would have been better service if the company had contacted me promptly with this information.

The process from ordering to delivery was seamless, kept informed regarding order and delivery date. The fit team were good, our only issue was the desks were set to one height and on asking if the heights could be adjusted or shown how to adjust, we were met with a slight resistance. Although the team did adjust for us. We did receive good information regarding the chairs purchased and a thorough run through on all aspects of them.

I am very pleased with my new adjustable height desk and chair from Wellworking. The staff who delivered them were very helpful, and kindly removed my old desk from my office as well. They were also very knowledgeable and I now feel confident that I will get the most out of the products. My one complaint would be that I had previously given my business card to a member of staff when they were delivering to my office (this is how I heard of your company). I did not hear anything back and had to take the initiative in re-contacting you. Overall I am very happy with the service I have received and would certainly recommend you to others.

I have awarded 4 stars rather than 5 because of one issue involving schedule for delivery. After placing my order I received an acknowledgement with a target delivery date; also an indication that I should inform you if that date was inconvenient and a warning that I might be charged if I didn't. I sent an email by return indicating the date was not possible and also rang about it. On the phone I was informed that my email had been received and would be passed on to the relevant department; in any case, I was told the date provided was only a rough approximation and I would be informed nearer the time about an actual date ("that date is just a guess at this point, when it arrives into we will contact you to arrange a firm date with you…"). I never received any subsequent information, but did receive a phone message on the target date that the delivery was in progress. As previously indicated I was out of London and therefore rang the customer service number, who then contacted the delivery people. It was clear that my email response to the target date and the information given then was not accurate or passed on. The delivery when I returned to London was exactly as stated, and the service at the point of delivery very good, as was the whole sales process up to the issue with the indicated delivery date. So 4 stars instead of 5.
