“My parcel arrived with damaged food in it again - the first time, Yodel wouldn't even deliver it because flour was coming out of the box. This time, the damage was less noticeable so they delivered it. The flour bag was ripped and the foil lid of an instant oatmeal pot was punctured.
Aside from these delivery issues, the customer service has been really good, and the products I ordered seem to be of high quality. They just need to work out how to send things safely.”

“Love your products and prices but I must say I am disappointed in your delivery system..I placed an order on Sunday and didn’t receive my goods until Thursday to be honest that’s too long I know you state 1-3 days but I always receive my order on the 4th day!
