“The delivery person delivered it at the hallway despite clear instructions at the hallway poster to either call me or deliver it at my flat. And I didn't find the item when I went to the hallway to pick it up, so someone else has taken it.”

Thanks so much for this. Please know that we are always working on our delivery times and are getting closer and closer to next day delivery for all orders. There are still some orders that may take a little longer but this is the exception rather than the rule.
