Thanks for this. Please know that we always try to make sure every single one of our members orders are perfect. Very occasionally as has happened here, stocks can run low and some of our brands go out of stock too. This will be why the item was refunded and not replaced.

The reason we have a membership model is because our members shop exclusive prices of up to 50% off RRP on every single order. It's a little like Costco meets Wholefoods. We are a members only grocery store for this reason but we also allow everyone 30 days to try what life is like as a member before making a commitment.

“Good range of products, but always some bags burst in transit. Last time it was porridge and sunflower seeds. Not much loss, but got to clear up the bits, and put the burst bags into another bag.
Cartons of nutty bruce usually ok if ordered in eights, but if its not in the box of eight, they are usually misshapen and a bit damaged. If the boxes are heavy, and left on the doorstep, it can be difficult to get them inside, if you dont have the strength to move them”
“WellEasy has been an amazing resource for my family - we probably place a big order twice a month and it saves us time and money. I can’t fault their selection and the website is very easy to use.
My only negative feedback is that products often arrive quite close to their expiry dates, often arrive a bit squashed or bashed (though never broken) and the orders can take a bit longer to ship than expected. Otherwise excellent and we couldn’t do without their service.”
“Cant be bothered to add on allegen information to their listings such as 'may contain gluten' or 'made in a factory that uses milk' . I'm sick of receiving goods that then have them, rendering them useless, wont be using again”
