“Lovely edging, easy to work with and my garden looks absolutely perfect.
Communication and delivery however is not their strong point. If you’re not in a rush, or don’t need it on a certain day, all good. But I was due to go on holidays and despite ordering it with well over a month to go, also checking via email and phoning numerous times I still didn’t get my delivery before my holiday. Was rearranged for when i got back, and I’m pretty sure I got the wrong order (but had plenty for what i needed). But in spite of this, like I said above, lovely product.”
“Really like the product and theoretical ease of installation .However the welded lugs (esp where a double lug was needed at joins)proved impossible to use due to lack of alignment.The contractors ended up having to cut off the tops of the lugs to enable final installation and get the fitting below ground”
“I ordered two identical fibreglass planters. They were expensive items and they took a long time to arrive as they are made to order. Whilst they both look lovely on the outside when they arrived one was painted in the same colour on the inside (dark grey) and one was left a 'natural' pale beige colour. This is a problem as when planted you will see the top inch or so of the inside above the soil line and it will look odd. I have been trying to communicate with Weather-it about this to see if they could provide a little pot of paint so I could paint the top section but they have stopped communicating with me. This is not the service I expect from a quality company. I am currently in limbo unable to plant up my planters.”
“Ordered 27th April and finally arrived 14th June after much chasing. One section is missing a box section for securing in place and the fixing stakes are not as easy to bang into place as the video shows. Waiting to see how the rust patina develops over time. Edging pieces are well made and seem robust. Time will tell.”
