“See below, had a faulty planter which rusted within months, raised it with the company for a replacement in February. Eventually arranged collection, then nothing. Left a negative review in June then received an apology and told would get a refund (as all plants had died) and a replacement planter with in a week. After much chasing received the refund but no replacement planter. Have been treated very poorly, still out of pocket and now seem to be ignoring any follow up communication. I really don’t like leaving negative reviews and understand this is someone’s business but this company has treated me with contempt. Would advise anyone considering ordering with them to consider alternatives.”
