“Good in parts.! First impressions are good, this is a sturdy strap that looks well finished. Once sized it becomes clear that its edges and corners are really quite sharp to the point that ,if not addressed would wear clothing etc over time. This is a real pity as it could have been so much better with a little more attention to the finishing by removing sharp edges and corners. This is a painstaking process if the surface finish is not to be altered, so it's really a work in progress. I would suggest a bracelet with shorter links would have been preferable as the length of links on this product exaggerate the catchy edges.”

“Standard e-commerce experience. Very high delivery charge for small item which should cost at least half the price it does. Can’t comment on team as everything is an automated process with no human contact. Packaged well, delivered when expected. No problems. I gave 3 as 4 is superb and 5 would be something special.”

“I had a problem with army green watch strap on my order, it’s unwearable. I ordered three of the same nato straps and one is faulty. I emailed a complaint with description and pictures and received no response. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication and service.”
