“I had a problem with a strap that was out of warranty, it has been replaced with a new strap as a goodwill gesture, I cannot stress how well this has been dealt with and how speedy the response has been. Highly recommended, I've had a couple of Solid Stainless Steel Bracelets in the past and they were superb”

“The ordering process, delivery and price were great. But what I don't think is right is that the automatic watch supplied shows the days of the week in Italian. This should have been explicitly and very clearly stated in the item description! Unless otherwise described, you expect a watch to display the days of the week in English.”
