“Wasn't happy with first watch purchase. Having issues with the watch then I have been told to go to a local watch specialist to solve the timing issue. The watch only three weeks old should be still under there return policy or at least warranty. I normally like to purchase my watch starps from watchgecko, but after the customer service I've received, I don't think I will in the future. Still waiting for their reply.”

“I initially purchased a black and grey striped NATO strap for my blue Alpinist; but unfortunately when it arrived it just did not suit the watch. I returned the strap and ordered a navy coloured one instead which perfectly suited the Alpinist. Returning the original strap was much easier than I thought and the refund was processed very quickly. All points to a very professional, well run outfit.”

“Bought quiet a lot of different straps here, Natos, Rubber and Leather. Fast Shipping and good quality. One strap came with a little production issue but was refunded immediately. Highly recommended!”

“I love the items I bought, especially the suede rally straps in assorted colours and sizes. However, i find it disappointing that Watch Gecko targeted me via email weeks after to then tell me that the items I have bought are now available with a further 33% off?? Why target me again after I transacted? Your CRM team deserves pulling up on that as it doesn’t leave a good feeling post purchase.”

“I have now had 6 Pioneer automatic Geckota watches. This was the 2024 "beige" dial, which is really as mettalic light khaki colour, with a slight brushed finish on the dial, very subtle styling add to the less is more look. The strap a light olive colour matches well. i am hapy it was the original Pioneer style dial, as I prefer the unique styling of this model. Price on sale was great value.”
