“I had excellent service from David who promptly answered my questions, which led me to making a purchase with some degree fo confidence. I had less satisfactory service from another member of the team who fobbed me off by suggesting I refer to the manufacturer's website. For this, I have reduced the score to 4 stars rather than 5. When buying online, I still want to know that I have contact with real people who will engage with me to discuss what I am buying. I can't yet comment on the service in terms of receiving the item I have purchased - fingers crossed that it arrives within the promised timescale and in full working order. At the moment, I have no reason to think that it won't, of course.”
