“A comprehensive web site gives details of a multitude of products. Helpful and prompt advice provided by Vesternet staff helped to narrow these down to the items I needed.”

“Good website. Recently ordered a vesternet zigbee switch to replace a light switch, which was delivered within two days. Great service and can recommend Vesternet.”

“Having pondered options for home automation for some time I picked the phone up to Vesternet and spoke with Mark Onions. I'm sure he's heard it a thousand times but he really knows his onions! Mark took the time to explain the options, discuss my project and advise the best way to start. I had issues with a Fibaro dimmer module (the magic black smoke escaped!). Quick exchange of emails and then a phone call to Mark and it is replaced FOC!. I work as a service manager in IT, so I know a thing or two about customer service. These guys get it completely, I've already ordered more than double the first order and there's more to come. Even though I could probably find the odd thing cheaper (which to be honest I think they'd match anyway!) I won't even bother looking elsewhere. Like most people I don't have much free time so I can ill afford to be squabbling with companies over refunds and issues encountered. Customer for life chaps, well done.”

“I use vesternet whenever possible, as with the various devices I order, zwave devices vary wildy in their implementation, and have their own quirks. I get a very rapid response, and RMAs are handled very quickly, and without any frustration from jumping through hoops. All this is handled through their own portal, can't recommend them enough.”

“As someone new to home automation I have had several questions which needed answering - Vesternet have gone above and beyond what I was expecting, answering questions about not just their own products but the best ways to integrate them in a home. One faulty product was diagnosed and replaced without trouble, after talking me through troubleshooting.”
