“I have made a number of purchases from Vesternet, starting with a Z-Wave controller and added a number of other sensors in a sort period of time. I have found both their sales and support team very helpful and responsive and their satisfaction promise very convenient especially as I didn't know much at first, tried a Z-Wave controller and then returned it to get another make and model as I learned more about the system. I totally recommend them!”

“I bought a small starter system of a router and 3 light switches to trial in my house. Once installed and run for a month I was more than happy to purchase more. I placed an order for the remaining light switches apart from a triple as they had none in stock and paid for 3 day delivery. The items didn't come and after 10 days I emailed to find out what was going on. My email was answered by Michelle I believe who said she would look into it. I asked if I could be refunded my delivery charge as I thought this was reasonable. However Michelle emailed back and said that she would refund the whole order. I was so shocked to hear this that I actually emailed get back to make sure he wasn't mistaken. But low and behold 2 days later all the light switches turned up and a day after a full refund for everything I spent. Would I use them again most definitely. They could teach other companies a thing or two about customer service. One small gripe and I mean very small is they have no telephone number to contact them which I like to do when things go wrong, but the speed they answered my emails more than made up for this. “I needed to ask a few questions before purchase to confirm suitability. The site has a community sourced Q&A system for each product. My question was quickly answered by two people so I proceeded with the purchase. Goods arrived a few days later, well packed. Will return to the site for further purchases. I also left a review after purchase to confirm the suitability question to help other potential customers.”

“Came to the website to read a review for the product I wanted to purchase, which was clearly written and helped me with my decision to purchase. Also turned out the product was cheaper through this site! The website is easy to navigate through and the checkout service being linked to PayPal and Amazon makes processing an order very quick.”
