“Overall Vavista is a very good company to have car insurance with however I do have a bit of a problem with having to pay £50 for policy changes by phone when the portal is not working as changes by the portal are much cheaper or even free in some cases surely if the portal is down and the changes have to be made by a person over the phone the price should be at the portal price as the fault of the portal being down isn't mine.”
