“Disappointing
Both of my cars were insured from Vavista Car Insurance. I sold one of my cars and naturally I called Vavista customer service and asked them to cancel the insurance of my sold car. Yesterday I learned that the insurance of my other car was also cancelled. When I learned this, I was shocked and called Vavista customer service. They said there was nothing they could do about this issue. .”

“I have joined Vavista for the first time. It was very easy to insure with them the website was easy to follow and the price was very competitive. The reviews were very good and that was one reason I chose them. I am yet to see how good their customer service team are if I have any issues. I am not happy with my previous insurers, trying to get a renewal quote and my no claims bonus docs is driving me mad. I hate leaving it until the last minute.”
