“After cancelling car insurance I was told it was one price to cancel before being asked for over an extra £100 on top of that - when I questioned I was told they would investigate a review my original telephone call to see what I was told - this instead I was passed on to a debt collection company. I had no issue with paying what was required. Instead they have escalated without any regards to what what they commiited themselves to.
Not a company I would recommend or use on the future - but hey ho - you live and learn about bad business practice al the time.”
