“I have used Vanstyle on a few occasions and would rate them 5 stars, however my last purchase arrived damaged and when I called to discuss it I was on hold for 3 HOURS!!!! The issue was resolved with a 50% refund but this was an inconvenience as I had to have the item repaired and fitted, they did offer to send another out but due to me going away in my van there wasn’t enough time. Once I eventually got through, Nigel was spot on and tried to resolve the issue.”

“Your company and products are very good but your courier lets you down badly once you had dispatched our item we had nothing , no contact. From the courier just a text on the day to say it was coming between 8am and 6pm we had hospital appointments so was worried until we got home luckley before the courier. It is a shame when your products and service are good and the courier lets you and your customers down”

“Ordered running boards for my 2018 Transit Custom, delivery was very good and the item looked just the same as pictures online. However instructions were basic and quality of plastic runners is questionable, they do add a nice look to my van but not sure how much weight I would put on them.(7/10).”

“I’ve bought a couple of things recently from here, the service has been good as have the products…… my only critique would be to include some fitting instructions with the curtains, as the rails were clearly marked top and bottom but not inner/outer face. The rails weren’t contoured very well either no matter which way they were offered up, so needed some tweaking with a heavy hand but overall it was a good product for the money 👍🏼”

“One of the curtain sets must have been a return, as the rail was beaten and the screw pack was short of screws and some of the screws had carpet fluff in the threads. However, still happy with the products and they have fitted nicely with a few minor adjustments.”

“Mixed feelings on my purchase, happy with the wheels but the tyres are too big, i think there should be more information on tyre sizes and fitment, im running bilstein b14 lowered 50mm, the 20" wheels with 275 40 20 catch the inner arch lining constant, my van is t32 so tyres have to be 103 xl or over, ive drove it for about 10 miles and had to order new tyres already, doing a bit of research suggests 245 45 20 on the front, whish id known this then i would have ordered wheels only, so im disappointed in having to buy more tyre.
