“The curtains I ordered are great, however they were delivered without the fittings. It took a while to get through on the phone lines but they have sent them out in the post right away. The curtains are a good thickness and are of good quality.”

“Purchased thermal blinds for campervan (Ford custom) front, back barn doors and middle sides which are a good fit and aesthetically pleasing, however, disappointed that at the rear sides only one was needed and could not be sold separately. Given many campervan have cassette toilet in the rear on one side thus no window, only one would be needed and feel that this should / could be accommodated.”

“Products are good overall happy. Only comment would be bought two items they were both about a meter long and sent in seperate parcels why ? one would have fitted inside the other. End result was that bumper protector was bent on delivery. More packing would help and perhaps strap it to scrap timber to help support flimsy products in transit. -”

“A fast service, as a returning customer, prices are reasonable, as was postage. Some fragile items though should have their boxes taped together,to avoid kinking and Damage, one of my items was slightly kinked but straighten fine, HED it been boxed together/ taped together, this would avoid this.”

“Good service from Vanstyle however their delivery partners were very poor (tuffnells). Firstly they delivered the wrong parcel which was supposed to go to a local school and then delivered my parcel to the wrong address a few streets away. The company also forged my signature to say that I had signed for delivery. I then had to go collect my parcel myself. All this joy for £15 delivery fee. Which I have requested be refunded but still not had a reply from vanstyle so I guess it’s not coming….”

“My order was for the Curtains for the rear doors of my Trafic van, I received the preformed rails and the curtains with the gliders fitted, but didn't receive the fitting kit. After calling your sales department to advise, they sent a jiffy bag with two bags containing Screws: 18 in one bag and 13 in the other, End Caps: 4 in each bag (2 x of each hand) & Press stud type male receptacle: 4 in each bag. So extra of some parts. Prior to getting the fitting kit bags at the weekend I'd offered the rails up to the doors to see what the fit was like and noticed that they would require some manipulating to fit the door rads, also that the ends were flared out so ends caps don't fit under both flanges - are gliders going to pop out after use if fitted as they are? Basically, thought the fitting kit would have been supplied with some fitting instructions to advise on positioning in the aperture/recess and guidance on manipulating if required.”
