“Very stylish, I love the colour (light blue) trim. Arrived earlier than expected. Only thing I would say is the fit is extremely tight on the T6.1 in the driver seat top part - trying to pull it down to be able to do up the Velcro at the back is extremely difficult. likewise the head covers also are difficult. Otherwise seems fine - I thought cutting the favric around the headrest inserts would be a problem but actually it looks really good. The overall look is great - really love them. Thank you vanstyle.”

“Once order was placed on automated system there were no updates. I emailed the sales team to try to find the delivery date info as I was going away that weekend and got no response. Upon returning home I found my order partially hidden by my bins having received no notifications on delivery. I emailed the complaints address and was informed to check my spam folders which I had already. I then received a reply intended for someone else then followed up by an email informing me that the last email was meant for someone else and vanstyle must have an issue with their automated emails. Still no apology”

“The product is very good.The only problem is the instructions are not very clear the pictures look like they have been photo copied too many times they are very faded, I had to work out for myself which took me all day. But they do look good.”

“I ordered Sherwood style Aluminium side steps for my VW T6 and on the whole they are ok, although delivery took a while. One niggle was the bracket for the front RH side doesn't fit correctly as there is no second hole to fit the bolt. These are meant to fit T5 and T6 so not sure if the hole exists on the T5, however it was a major faff trying to get it to fit. One other comment is i feel the brackets are on the short side as to get both bolts connected the step has to fit some way under the side of the van. Instructions are also pretty basic and i had to go online to view a video of someone fitting the side steps. Overall i'm pleased with them, however it would be good to understand how to fit the front RH bracket for a T6.”

“Really pleased with the price and service I got from Vanstyle. The communication could have been a little better, updates between ordering and delivery day would have been a welcome addition. The product is also good (Thoresby side steps for a Transit Custom) but they didn't fit. A quick Google revealed others who had the same problem so I modified one of the slotted holes in the same way so they would work. Vanstyle should really get this problem rectified to save others from having the same problem.”
