“This is the first time I've used Vanstyle to buy an awning rail for my Transit Tourneo. Happy with the website and ordering process. The rail itself arrived well packaged within a short period. It was missing a Dia 10mm washer from the parts kit (I have lots of bits & bobs in the garage so not a big deal). When fitting I noticed that the rail 90 degree corner would foul the raised part of the roof so I had to trim the corner to have a 45 degree relief with some tin snips. Additionally the roof is not flat and the rail ends up being bent down at the fixing bolt points. Some solid spacers between the roof and rail would be a better design in my opinion. I also thought that the open slotted mounting holes in the rail would be better replaced with just holes - as if the bolts worked loose the rail could come off rather than just rattling around with just holes.”

“Ordered a new front grille for my t6 which arrived broken. Elizabeth sent another and arranged an uplift of the damaged one. Unfortunately the second one was also damaged and now uplifted. They are very fine plastic and would need easily broken. Despite the damaged products the company were good to deal with and responded quickly to my emails etc and I would use them again.”

“Items ordered and delivered in advertised timescale for my new T6.1. All parts have now been fitted to my van and all looks good. I think that some of the plastic trim parts I ordered could fit a little better around the door shuts as I may have to modify some bits so they fit and look better. Also the instructions for the Side Steps I bought were really bad and I had to resort to finding some videos online to help with the fitting. I didn't notice at first but one of these side steps does have a small crack in one of the plastic end caps, didn't notice till they were fitted so I cannot be bothered to remove and try and get replacement, maybe damaged in transit! Once they were fitted they look and perform fine.”
