“Needed to replace two very badly worn hubs on my Noval Portaflot trailer as both wheels had excessive play. Couldn't find what I needed initially but then saw Trident offered the right sized hub. They were complete with new washer, nut and grease cap. New hubs fitted perfectly and wheels bolted on with no problem. Trailer back to a safe condition. Items arrived quickly and well packaged.”

“Warm welcome upon arrival then an inspection of vehicle with emphasis on lights, brake lights, fog lights and reversing lights carried out. Arrived early to collect vehicle and sat outside in the cold and rain as no waiting room or facilities on site. Vehicle ready for collection and parked in bay. Unfortunately after the initial lighting inspection no replication to show me their electrical work was satisfactory and trailer light worked. No explaination for trailer fuse location. Had to wait until I drove home to test towbar and lighting was satisfactory. Disappointed with customer service hand over.”

“Superb service, I ordered the wheels and parts online with great ease, also a great bonus was they are also set up for Channel Islands deliveries and VAT free invoicing, which so many companies overlook for the Islands. Shipping was fast, parts arrived over two separate days as the delivery was split into two packages, but again for Channel Islands deliveries we are used to this and all was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Communications with the company were great and tracking details supplied with commercial invoices and customs clearance paperwork too.. what’s not to like about that?
