“Good delivery time, however the nato hitch dint fit a nato eye. I would have sent it back but I was stuck so had to cut over 1/2 inch of metal out of the hitch to be able to hook up the trailer. Absolutely shocking oversight”

“Incorrect items supplied (wrong specification tyres). Returned for a refund as the correct wheels / tyres were out of stock although they were still showing as in stock on the website. Ordered and received from another company next day.”
“I wanted a replacement dummy ball for the hitch lock. Google indicated that they had them cheaper than anyone else WITH FREE POSTAGE. c. £5. I followed the link and bought it, as I was in a hurry and attending to other things at the same time. Only at the end of the purchase did I find that I had been charged more than the price of the part, c. £6.50 for posting. Very naughty, I should have been switched onto the deception. It duly arrived with a courier's van. Quite unnecessary service for such a small item. I will be more careful, is the lesson learned, so many other places were offering free postage for such a small plastic item.”

“Pretty poor service really, I paid for an overnight delivery which didn’t arrive the following day although I was home all day, I rebooked the delivery for the following day, which the courier moved forward a further day. You may say this a problem with the courier which I agree it is but when you are unable to get in touch with the courier to find out what’s going with the delivery, my next turn of course is to ask the company that have supplied you goods for their assistance in the matter, after all they employed the particular carrier company and should have good communication with them, but no unfortunately I was pretty much told by the trident member of staff that maybe I should go to the carriers premise in person. No apology and I will get in touch with them sir, I had to press the guy to try to make some effort to locate my parcel and get it delivered, he begrudgingly said he would see what he could do and came back to me 3 hours later telling me everything I already new and the address of where the parcel supposedly was and that maybe I should collect it myself ! No offer of a refund on the carriage and yes I did end up collecting it myself after paying £6.99 for a next day thanks for your help Trident”

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I agree that the service you have received from Trident Towing on this occasion is not acceptable. We all know that there can be issues with couriers but we as a company should be on hand to help our customers should any delivery delays arise. I will refund your carriage charges immediately and I will be speaking to the member of staff who you spoke with to ensure that this does not happen again.
