“Quite protracted conversations told price and availability of tilt ram @£281 on trying to order £600 ordering quite hard supplied chassis no wrong lamps sent and bull dog hitch lock wrong unfortunately the goods were delivered to me by a third party that had to purchase them so I received with no packages unable to return cost me another near £90 for correct lights and have a lock that is a very expensive paper weight no apologies or explanation's for mistakes not best impressed”
“Good choice of products and straightforward ordering service but let down by poor packing and very poor delivery service by their appointed courier (DX). After paying for a prompt delivery on the 21st May, that should have arrived on Thursday 23rd, I had to wait until Tuesday 28th May. Even though DX indicated delivery for both the Thursday and Friday. No offer of a refund of the fast delivery surcharge.”

The wiring loom that was dedicated to the vehicle, turned out to be a nightmare to fit, after dismantling the car . VW need to get thier act together and pop the relevant plug in connections in the boot area like most other manufacturers. My concern with your kit was the Instructions, As a qualified tow bar fitter they were difficult to follow, please would you add text to the diagrams rather than arrows pointing to ?? . The quality of the kit was super fine and delivered promptly. Please please make your Instructions easier to follow for future buyers.”

“You had issues with your courier service and no plan B. I order the jockey wheel fir next day delivery paying the extra £10 and it arrived 4 days later. Which meant we couldn't go away in the caravan. Very disappointing for the family!”
