“A prompt response and a quick delivery. One thing that would improve the website would be the clear indication that you cannot order any part of the Tow Bar assembly or the bar itself separately. I want a replacement Swan neck and contacted Trident when the entire assembly arrived to be informed that it wasn’t possible to order one party in isolation. I would probably have ordered anyway, but I was also informed that lots of people apparently made my ‘mistake’. It might be a good idea to stop that happening in future?”
“Outstandingly well packed, exactly as ordered and arrived really fast, unfortunately, Zoltan the delivery driver left the tyres on a plant pot, squashing my plants, not, as clearly directed, in safe space or with neighbours.”
“Ordered the parts in the middle of December, and although the wiring loom arrived within a few days, the actual towbar and frame never arrived until over 4 weeks later, and that was after I queried where the parts were. Could have been 5 stars if not for the delay. Tow bar fitted and everything works as intended.”
“Warm welcome upon arrival then an inspection of vehicle with emphasis on lights, brake lights, fog lights and reversing lights carried out. Arrived early to collect vehicle and sat outside in the cold and rain as no waiting room or facilities on site. Vehicle ready for collection and parked in bay. Unfortunately after the initial lighting inspection no replication to show me their electrical work was satisfactory and trailer light worked. No explaination for trailer fuse location. Had to wait until I drove home to test towbar and lighting was satisfactory. Disappointed with customer service hand over.”

“Ordered a pair of 8" trailer wheels and tyres just after 09:15 on a Monday and they were delivered at 09:30 on Tuesday. Just £2 extra for Next Day Delivery was well worth it. Excellent service.”

Unfortunately, their chosen courier then failed to deliver it (for a week!), but they did take ownership of the situation, kept me updated with their findings, and eventually, posted me a second unit at no change, and sent it overnight. I can't ask for more than that.”

Product description needs improvement though as there is no difference between the option with a grease nipple groove and the option without. You can only tell the difference by closely studying the images. I've ended up ordering the wrong one and will have to drill out the groove as it will be too expensive to return for the right one.”
