Only confusing bit was the wiring! But just takes a bit of thinking about.

The delivery service DX Express were less so. I paid for next day delivery but the y emailed me to say they had tried to deliver and had left a note to that effect. I was in the front garden during the delivery period so this could have happened. When I used their messaging service to get them to try again they could not help.”

The wiring loom that was dedicated to the vehicle, turned out to be a nightmare to fit, after dismantling the car . VW need to get thier act together and pop the relevant plug in connections in the boot area like most other manufacturers. My concern with your kit was the Instructions, As a qualified tow bar fitter they were difficult to follow, please would you add text to the diagrams rather than arrows pointing to ?? . The quality of the kit was super fine and delivered promptly. Please please make your Instructions easier to follow for future buyers.”
