“Have to say I last went to "Trident Trailers" way back in about 1997 !! 25 years ago when I worked for Dutton Forshaw on Bircholt Road. It was a good visit, I had seen the product on line, but wanted to get a look at the real thing,a roof box.. George was great explained the differences between the 3 boxes I was looking at with the wife. Chose the middle option, I paid online via paypal to take advantage of the 0% credit whilst at Costa Coffee around the corner. Popped back and Sandis showed me how to fit it and explained how to get the 5 year warranty. TridentTowing recycled all the cardboard for us. Wow what a great service. “Pretty poor service really, I paid for an overnight delivery which didn’t arrive the following day although I was home all day, I rebooked the delivery for the following day, which the courier moved forward a further day. You may say this a problem with the courier which I agree it is but when you are unable to get in touch with the courier to find out what’s going with the delivery, my next turn of course is to ask the company that have supplied you goods for their assistance in the matter, after all they employed the particular carrier company and should have good communication with them, but no unfortunately I was pretty much told by the trident member of staff that maybe I should go to the carriers premise in person. No apology and I will get in touch with them sir, I had to press the guy to try to make some effort to locate my parcel and get it delivered, he begrudgingly said he would see what he could do and came back to me 3 hours later telling me everything I already new and the address of where the parcel supposedly was and that maybe I should collect it myself ! No offer of a refund on the carriage and yes I did end up collecting it myself after paying £6.99 for a next day thanks for your help Trident”

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I agree that the service you have received from Trident Towing on this occasion is not acceptable. We all know that there can be issues with couriers but we as a company should be on hand to help our customers should any delivery delays arise. I will refund your carriage charges immediately and I will be speaking to the member of staff who you spoke with to ensure that this does not happen again.
