“I purchased a new towbar and electrics for my Škoda karoq recently from trident towing. Delivery was within days and packaged well. Easy instruction to follow and had the towbar fitted in a couple hours. The electrics arrived the same day and with the online instructions very easy to follow. Only warning to those doing electrics themselves - slight issue arose (but a fitting oversight with the plugs) where the technical team from ECS quickly assisted me rectifying. Took my car back to trident towing and for a well worth fee, they coded my vehicle and provided me some practical advice.
