“The order for a waistcoat and tie all went very smoothly and arrived quickly. The quality of both items is excellent and my husband looked very handsome when dressed for a special event. Sadly I don't have a photo to show.”

“Never received items that I requested! didn’t bother to contact anyone as these were only samples. But none the less people are planning weddings and it would be nice for items to turn up when you say they will!”

“I was able to get just the colour and style bow tie and waistcoat combination for my wedding I had been searching for. I was so pleased, I ordered a second waistcoat to swap in to for the day if it was needed and some matching bow ties for family guests.”

“Ordered samples to see colours and how fast/good the company were, although the quality of the samples were good they sent the completely wrong colours I had ordered. Would not use.”

“the tie was delivered quickly, my only gripe is the colour is described as burgundy and when comparing the tie to a burgundy cravat i have i would say the colour is red wine”

“You let us process and pay for a order you did not have in stock, you took over three weeks to reach out to us and tell us you didn’t have everything in stock, and after us reaching out and telling you to send what you had as refund us the rest we are still Waiting in refund…… also we ordered rhododendron purple ties and pocket squares and we had two pocked squares come in a lighter shade and two of the toes come in a lighter shade so we will never be coming throw you again there is no colour guarantee even with in the same shade and from the same place waste of my time and money, if our wedding was not so close after they arrived we would have returned and got a full refund”

“I ordered a waistcoat according to my size, but it was too small. So I ordered and paid for a larger size, as I had an event pending. The second product arrived and was great and the refund for the returned waistcoat arrived promptly. Excellent service guys!”
