Excellent service. Amazingly fast returns and refunds. This is what is crucial for customers. I ordered 3 tie sets so that I could choose the closest colour match as I did not have time to order sample patches.

Items came on time, unfortunately the match I was looking for between the tie and pocket square didn’t work out. But returns label was sent via email and the whole process was smooth and trouble free

Tie Specialist customer service was great, they dealt with my sensitive situation very quickly and with no fuss. I received a refund on my returns quickly. The waistcoats and the cravats were lovely and such a range of colour, design and also big sizes for the bigger man. 100% great company and would 100% recommend.

Not impressed with delivery performance. Items were out of stock and eventually arrived a day after they were needed. Have requested a refund but am now told they will only supply a replacement- not sure that is even legal. Having said this the product quality is excellent.

Paid extra for next day delivery, arrived 2 days late meaning it missed the occasion. Emailed to ask for a refund and not even had an acknowledgement.
