“I must commend the tie specialist for their customer service. I had an issue with the tie I received - the tie was of very good quality, but possibly damaged slightly in transit. Tie Specialist responded to my email within 12 hours and resolved the issue. Next time my husband requires another tie I will almost certainly return to Tie Specialist.”
