Very dissapointed with Tie Specialist. Initally putting my order in for 3 day delivery, I had to chase after 5 days of not receiving the items. Initially the lady I spoke to was very helpful saying that it had been posted for next day delivery. This was not the case, the parcel came a day later than promised and there was only one shirt in the package (package was opened upon receivership). Evri then has taken the parcel back and no comminication has been provided by Tie Specialist regarding a re delviery or refund.

I'd leave a decent review if i actually received the tie I needed for a function yesterday. Been a week since I ordered and still nothing . Maybe a problem with the courier and not the company? Tie was supposed to be delivered Thursday so I knew it was ready for the function Saturday. If it's a courier problem I'd suggest changing to another as it reflects bad on the company. Looks like I'm contacting for a refund unfortunately.

Didn’t even receive the free samples or an update on where the package is. Turkey disappointed and I know for a fact I won’t buy from their shop.

Hello Richard, As per our e-mails the order you placed was for back ordered items not due in until later in the year (as per stated on the website) but as discussed the order has been cancelled and a full refund was issued. Regards Tie Specialist

Item arrived very late (took over a month to arrive my "next working day" service. When I returned the item (because it was too late) I was still charged the postage. Will be at use again.

Never received items that I requested! didn’t bother to contact anyone as these were only samples. But none the less people are planning weddings and it would be nice for items to turn up when you say they will!

I ordered an (in stock) item for a wedding 10 days prior to the event. When canceling the order the response I got didn't take accountability for this. I know the item was in stock as that was part of the reason I chose that item. As such I did not have a waistcoat for the wedding.

I placed an order on 2nd of April & have had no contact since. I don’t know if I am getting the product or not. I will be contacting PayPal in the next few days if I get no reply to my recent voicemail to their phone number.
