“Excellent service from my initial contact. The waistcoat ordered was dilivered in good time without any hitches. Quality of the product and material was very good but unfortunately the wrong size for me. No larger sizes were availvble which was disappointing. My refund was made without any problems Would use Tie Specialist without hesitation in the future”

“Great customer service. Ordering process was easy and delivery quick. When the items arrived the tie was the wrong colour, so I contacted Customer Service. I was asked to provide the product code on the tie packaging and it was confirmed as the incorrect colour. I was then asked to take a photo and e-mail it to them so they could show the warehouse the wrong item had been shipped, which I did. The requested replacement arrived in a couple of days, no additional costs were incurreed and when I offered to return the incorrect tie I was told to keep it as it was their error and I shouldn't incur postal charges for their mistake.”

“The tie pin was exactly what we were looking for as a nod to my Dad's Welsh heritage for his funeral. There was a slight delay in delivery but we still received it just in time. The staff were very attentive in keeping me updated.”
