“Waistcoat was not of the expected colour. “Midnight Black” turned out to be blue, hardly suitable for a general. However quality was very good & delivery was prompt”

“Very dissapointed with Tie Specialist. Initally putting my order in for 3 day delivery, I had to chase after 5 days of not receiving the items. Initially the lady I spoke to was very helpful saying that it had been posted for next day delivery. This was not the case, the parcel came a day later than promised and there was only one shirt in the package (package was opened upon receivership). Evri then has taken the parcel back and no comminication has been provided by Tie Specialist regarding a re delviery or refund.”

“Excellent service. Part of the order was missing on arrival due to a hole in the packaging, so not the fault of Tie Specialist. Tie Specialist were very quick to get a replacement out within hours and were very apologectic. It saved our wedding. All credit to them Additionally the products were good quality and made in England. Can fully recommend.”

“I paid the additional charge for 24-hour delivery. Sadly it took over 48 and the pocket square I'd ordered arrived too late for the purpose. The square was fine - a good quality item - but don't rely on Tie Specialist being efficient.”

“I was very disappointed with the way my waistcoat and bow tie was packaged. I expected at least some form of cardboard box etc… I ahi’s is for a present and quite frankly the cost I thought would warrant more than a plastic bag.”

“I'm having to return a waistcoat I bought as it was described as being suitable for tall people but is, in fact, no longer in the body than something bought from Temu. It arrived in good time and is of reasonable quality; however, due to the cost of the item, I have to return it by tracked mail, which will cost a fortune.”
