“Waistcoat was not of the expected colour. “Midnight Black” turned out to be blue, hardly suitable for a general. However quality was very good & delivery was prompt”

“I was very disappointed with the way my waistcoat and bow tie was packaged. I expected at least some form of cardboard box etc… I ahi’s is for a present and quite frankly the cost I thought would warrant more than a plastic bag.”

“I have used these guys in the past and they have been flawless. I bought some waistcoats for my wedding back in 2020. It was cancelled due to COVID and rescheduled for this month. Since then, I have asked a few others to be ushers so needed more waistcoats. Luckily they had the stock, but one of them that was sent out was the wrong size. All the paperwork said the correct size of 42" but the actual product was 46". I have sent the product back but it costs nearly £6! I hope they refund both the cost of the waistcoat and the postage.”

“quick service, very pleased with product. unfortunately as it was sent under the business name GRATE FIREPLACE ACCESSORIES i had to pay customs duties which made the product expensive.”
