“Based on a recommendation, I started working with James and the Mortgage Centre in 2007. Since then, he has been the first person I call when I need help with mortgage advise and also for products related to being self employed such as income protection, key man policies, etc... Over that time, I can truly say that I trust his advice without question and he has always gone out of his way to find the right product to suit my needs and budget. Its quite rare these days to experience that level of professionalism and personal service in the marketplace. I have always found Rachel Woodward to be extemely knowledgable, VERY efficient and courteous in the way she handles my business. Rachel is also very prompt in returning calls/emails and communicating very well along the process. Also she liaises with the mortgage companies very well on her client's behalf sorting out any problems that may arise leaving you feeling much less anxious in the process.”
